World of Lawn Care policies:
We value your privacy. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade or lease any personal information about you. We use cookies and web beacons on our website to enhance your website experience, but we do not use any personally identifiable information about you.
Shipping policy:
All our shipping charges are included unless otherwise stated for the lower 48 USA states and Canada.
If you have to pay for delivery we will give you a freight quote: we do not mark up the shipping cost, you will pay whatever it costs us.
In all cases if you have placed an order and we have processed your payment and your purchase has shipped and you then decide to cancel your order -- you will be charged our cost re what the transport company charges us plus a 15% restocking free. If your order has not shipped yet and you cancel your order you will be charged the dry shipping rate of $125 for making a pickup at one of our locations plus a 15% restocking charge.
Payment Policy:
We require payment in full before your item is shipped.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Cashiers check and wire transfer
All prices are $USD currency.
Sales tax or GST may be required unless you can provide a tax number for resale.
Return Policy:
Once any equipment and or product is purchased and used there is a strict no return policy. We will service, replace malfunctioning parts and send missing items but in no way shape or form provide a refund once equipment has been purchased and used.
Warranty:
All of our products are backed by a 180-warranty on parts and labor from the purchase date.
We may decide to send you a replacement part, or have you return the item where we direct for servicing.
